I understand that the monetary amount requested will be taken via SMART – for more information on how SMART works please refer to the Plan Booklet.
I understand that my official bonus amount will not be confirmed until November payslips have been released and, as such, the amount stated above is based on an estimation of the bonus I expect to receive.
I have carefully considered the estimated amount of bonus I wish to pay into my pension account and understand that such amount will be paid, notwithstanding that any actual bonus payment may vary.
I understand that it is my personal responsibility to monitor my contributions against the Annual Allowance (AA) as Legislation limits how much I and the Company can pay into the BRSP each tax year without me incurring additional income tax.
I understand that there is a limit to the tax free lump sums I can take at retirement (across all registered pensions schemes), which is called the lump sum allowance.
I authorise my employer to facilitate my membership of the BRSP and to pass on any information about me which might reasonably be required to companies within WBA’s UK employing entities, L&G, payroll and life cover provider.
